It was explained when it was listed. Have you read it? Post office stopped accepting an item to USA by air due to reduction of airplane caused as a result of Coronavirus. It says that only the item sent by sea to USA is accepted. The international package by sea was sent on August 19th. One month has already passed after that. May I ask you to wait for another one month? The tracking was found by USPS. It says in the record that it was sent. If you escalate complaint, it will be refunded by force. As you will receive the item after refund, you have to arrange for receiving it again.
