出品する時に説明がありました。読まれましたでしょうか？コロナ影響で民間航空機の世界的削減により郵便局はアメリカ宛の航空便の引受を停止しております。アメリカ宛は船便のみ対応すると書いてあります。国際小包の船便にて８月１９日出発しました。それからひと月経過しておりますがあとひと月待ってもらえますか？USPSでも追跡が出来ており発送された記録が残っています。苦情をエスカレートすると強制返金となります。一旦返金した場合でも商品は届きますので取り返す手続を手配しなければなりません

May I ask you to wait for another one month? The tracking was found by USPS. It says in the record that it was sent. If you escalate complaint, it will be refunded by force. As you will receive the item after refund, you have to arrange for receiving it again.
