上記2つの商品について、In Review のフォルダに入ってしまっていて発送指示をかけることができません。そちらの倉庫に到着したのもずいぶん前になります。なぜこの2つの商品は「ADDITIONAL PROCESSING REQUIRED」となっているのですか？早く発送したいのでReady to Sendのフォルダへ移動していただけないでしょうか。発送ができずとても困っています。お返事お待ちしています。

Regarding the two items above, they went into the "In Review" folder so I can't issue shipping instructions. It has been quite a while since it arrived at your warehouse. Why do these two items stated as "Additional Processing Required"? I want these delivered quickly, can you move them to "Ready to Send" folder? I'm really troubled that I couldn't ship them. I'll be waiting for your reply.

With regard to the 2 above items, they have been entered to the "In Review" folder and have not been indicated for shipping. They will be indicated as to have arrived at your warehouse even way before. Why are these 2 indicated for "additional processing required"? I want them shipped asap so can't you transfer them to the "Ready to send" folder? I'll be in trouble if they can't be shipped. I'll be waiting for your reply.
