上記2つの商品について、In Review のフォルダに入ってしまっていて発送指示をかけることができません。そちらの倉庫に到着したのもずいぶん前になります。なぜこの2つの商品は「ADDITIONAL PROCESSING REQUIRED」となっているのですか？早く発送したいのでReady to Sendのフォルダへ移動していただけないでしょうか。発送ができずとても困っています。お返事お待ちしています。

Regarding following two items, I cannot instruct for shipping due to the items are in the folder of "In Review". Those item are arrived at your warehouse a long time ago.
Why are those two items remaining "ADDITIONAL PROCESSING REQUIRED"?
Would to move these to three folder of "Ready to Send" as soon as possible as I would like to stop so soon. I am at a loss as I cannot ship them now.
I am waiting for your prompt reply.
