I used a forwarder to deliver the item to Japan.

Returning the item will cost much and also it takes time.

I have been busy liaising with a transport company to send the goods to Japan, so apologies for my delay in replying.
Sending you the item back will cost time and money causing both of us to lose out. So I have a proposal. Would you be willing to deduct the cost of the item from the price?

I have carried the product to Japan through a shipping company.
Thats why there is a bit late to contact you.
But if I again return the product then, its time consuming as well as it requires money.
We will mutually bear the damage caused.So there is a proposal.
