商品は、また返送するとお金もかかるし時間も掛かる。
お互いが損をします。そこで提案がある。
商品の金額をその分、値下げしてもらえる？

I have carried the product to Japan through a shipping company.
Thats why there is a bit late to contact you.
But if I again return the product then, its time consuming as well as it requires money.
We will mutually bear the damage caused.So there is a proposal.
And is the refunded amount a discounted one?
