日本の税関はロシアからの荷物は受付しているので、日本側の理由で発送できない事はないです。
日本の税関と郵便国際貨物に電話をしてロシアからの荷物は受付していることを確認しました。
どうしてロシアから発送できないのでしょうか?私達は3月から荷物をずっと待っています。

The EMS sent 7 April has not been reached. When checked the tracking, it has been stopped at the customs in Russia. Please check the image in the mail. As the Japanese customs deal with Russian good, there cannot be the reason of Japanese side.
I checked the Japanese customs and International postal good to check for acceptance goods from Russia.
Why cant it be shipped from Russia? We have been waiting for it since March.

The EMS shipped on the 7th of April wasn't arrived yet. As confirming by the tracking number, it remains at the customs office in Russia on the 4th of April. Please see the attached photo.

EMS which I shipped 7th April has not been delivered yet.
According to search by tracking number, it is still stopping in Russian customs office 4th May.
Please confirm attached image in email.
As Japanese customs accepts package from Russia, so there is nothing reason to be stopped shipping by Japanese side reason.
