4月7日に発送したEMSがまだ到着しません。追跡番号で調べると5/4にロシアの税関オフィスに止まったままです。メールに添付している画像を確認ください。
日本の税関はロシアからの荷物は受付しているので、日本側の理由で発送できない事はないです。
日本の税関と郵便国際貨物に電話をしてロシアからの荷物は受付していることを確認しました。
どうしてロシアから発送できないのでしょうか?私達は3月から荷物をずっと待っています。

The EMS shipped on the 7th of April wasn't arrived yet. As confirming by the tracking number, it remains at the customs office in Russia on the 4th of April. Please see the attached photo.
As Japanese customs are accepting the parcel from Russia now and there is no reason to ship because of the problem on Japan side.
I confirmed on the phones to Japan customs and intentional postal courier that they are still accepting the parcel from Russia.
How come they are not able to ship it from Russia? We have been waiting for the items since the last March.
Please check it by yourself, too. We need your support now.
