備考: ロシア語が母国語のセールスマネージャーのメールです。分かりやすい英語だと大変助かります。

4月7日に発送したEMSがまだ到着しません。追跡番号で調べると5/4にロシアの税関オフィスに止まったままです。メールに添付している画像を確認ください。
日本の税関はロシアからの荷物は受付しているので、日本側の理由で発送できない事はないです。
日本の税関と郵便国際貨物に電話をしてロシアからの荷物は受付していることを確認しました。
どうしてロシアから発送できないのでしょうか?私達は3月から荷物をずっと待っています。
あなた側からも調査して下さい。私達はあなたのサポートが必要です。

EMS which I shipped 7th April has not been delivered yet.
According to search by tracking number, it is still stopping in Russian customs office 4th May.
Please confirm attached image in email.
As Japanese customs accepts package from Russia, so there is nothing reason to be stopped shipping by Japanese side reason.
I have already telephoned to Japanese customs and International Postal Logistics and
confirmed they still accept package from Russia.
Why can not ship for Russia?
We are waiting for package from this March.
