4月7日に発送したEMSがまだ到着しません。追跡番号で調べると5/4にロシアの税関オフィスに止まったままです。メールに添付している画像を確認ください。
日本の税関はロシアからの荷物は受付しているので、日本側の理由で発送できない事はないです。
日本の税関と郵便国際貨物に電話をしてロシアからの荷物は受付していることを確認しました。
どうしてロシアから発送できないのでしょうか?私達は3月から荷物をずっと待っています。
あなた側からも調査して下さい。私達はあなたのサポートが必要です。

We haven't received the EMS shipped at 7th Apr yet.I searched the tracking number and found out the EMS is kept at the Russia customs office.I also have attached a picture in the mail and please do confirm it.
Japanese customs reception is available for the shipment from Russia.So Japanese side is no problem.
I've confirmed the reception in Japan by calling the Japan customs and post office without any problem.
How come it can not be shipped from Russia?I've waited for it from Mar.
Please do confirm it and we need your cooperation.
