Following the cancellation policy, cancellation on the same day is subject to 100% cancellation fee for any reason. The tour was already fully booked, so we declined several requests for other reservations.
There is still an opening for Saturday, so if you have time we recommend that you join that tour.
We regret that you could not join due to sudden illness, but we kindly ask you to pay 100% cancellation fee.

You need 100 percent cancellation fee if you cancel on the day no matter what reason you have subject to cancellation policy.
As the tour was booked fully, I have refused request of making a reservation for other ones.
As there is a vacancy for Saturday, I recommend that you participate in that tour if you are available on this day.
