You need 100 percent cancellation fee if you cancel on the day no matter what reason you have subject to cancellation policy.
As the tour was booked fully, I have refused request of making a reservation for other ones.
As there is a vacancy for Saturday, I recommend that you participate in that tour if you are available on this day.
I am sorry that you could not participate in it due to illness, but I request you to pay the cancellation fee by 100 percent.
