まだ土曜日に空きがありますのでお客様の時間があればそちらのツアーの参加をお勧めいたします。

Following the cancellation policy, cancellation on the same day is subject to 100% cancellation fee for any reason. The tour was already fully booked, so we declined several requests for other reservations.
There is still an opening for Saturday, so if you have time we recommend that you join that tour.
We regret that you could not join due to sudden illness, but we kindly ask you to pay 100% cancellation fee.
