おそらくagainのことを言われているのだと思うのですが、これは冒頭のThank you と、文中のThanks for the excellent feedback〜の、何回か述べたThanksに対するagainで、「重ねて御礼申し上げます」という意味ですので、初回の方への返信にご使用いただいても問題ありません。
