販売を開始したいと思っています。
昨年の10月に交通事故に遭い、注文頂いていた商品を発送出来ない状態でした。
そのため購入者からのリクエストに対応できず、購入者には迷惑をかけました。
現在は、通常の生活に戻っています。
改めて販売者として活動したいと考えています。
現在は通常に販売者として活動できる状態とは思います。
新たに始める上で、私が何か対応することなどありますか。
また、迷惑をかけた購入者に謝罪を入れることは出来ますか。

as I was in a traffic accident in last October, I could not ship the item ordered.
Therefore, I could not deal with customers, and gave trouble to them.
Currently, I am all right.

I want to start selling the items.
