販売を開始したいと思っています。
昨年の10月に交通事故に遭い、注文頂いていた商品を発送出来ない状態でした。
そのため購入者からのリクエストに対応できず、購入者には迷惑をかけました。
現在は、通常の生活に戻っています。
改めて販売者として活動したいと考えています。
現在は通常に販売者として活動できる状態とは思います。
新たに始める上で、私が何か対応することなどありますか。
また、迷惑をかけた購入者に謝罪を入れることは出来ますか。
I want to start selling the items.
Last year in October, I had a traffic accident and couldn't ship the products which were ordered.
Because of the accident, I couldn't answer the requests from the customers and they have been inconvenienced.
I am back to normal life now.
I am hoping to work as a seller again.
At present I am well enough to work as a seller.
Are there any matters that I need to consider before I start my business again?
Also, is it possible for me to apologise to people whom I caused troubles?
