届いた商品は注文した商品と型番が違うし、色もブラックであるはずが裏側だけシルバーである。なので不良品である。
そのことを売り手側に伝えたところ、売り手は商品を送り返せば送料込みで全額返金に応じると言っていたが、商品を送り返しても返金してもらえない。
商品はEMSで送り返し、その時の追跡番号はEG150650545JPです。

The item I received had a different model number from what I ordered. Also, the backside of the item was silver but I think it should have been black so I think this item is defective.
I asked the seller about this and they said if I send back the item they would refund the price as well as the shipping fee. However, I haven’t received a refund yet even though I have sent the item back.
I sent the item back using EMS and the tracking number was EG150650545.
The total I paid for the item plus shipping is 204 dollars. I would like to request that this money be refunded.

The item I received had different model number form the one I ordered, and the color of the rear side was silver, though the one I ordered should be all in black. So this item is defective.
I informed of this to the seller, and he/she replied me that he/she was going to refund me including the shipping fee, but he/she do not refund me until now.
I returned the item to the seller by EMS, and the tracking number is EG150650545JP.
The price (including the shipping fee) I paid him/her was $240, so I would like him/her to refund me $240.

Arrived goods is different product number from what I ordered and it should be black but only back side is silver. So it is wrong item.
I told that to seller and he said he will send all payment back including shipping charge when I send the goods back to him but even I sent back the goods he would never pay me back.
I sent back by EMS and track number is EG150650545JP.
Payment I paid was $204 for item and shipping charge. I want him to send back $204.

I told this much to the vender, and the vendor's response was to say that I could send the merchandise back and recieve a full refund including the shipping charges, but though I have sent the merchandise back, I was not given a refund.
