我々はお客様からいただいた流量を基準として製品の設計をしております。
ですので、基本的にはその設計流量を流していただくことを前提にしております。
最小流量の値は設定はしておりません。当然、流量を下げれば、圧力は下がり、滞留時間は伸びます。
流量が少なすぎると、製品内部に樹脂がきちんと充填されず、内部にガスが溜まり、そのガスによって樹脂の色が悪くなるという現象が発生する可能性があります。また、滞留箇所が出来る原因にもなるかと思います。

We design the product based on flow rate we receive from our customer.
That's why, basically, we premise that you'll flow that flow rate in it.
We haven't fixed the minimum rate. Of course, if you decrease the flow rate, the pressure will decrease as well, and residence time will be extended.
If the flow rate is too small, there is a possibility that resin will not be filled enough interior product, gas will be piled inside, and that gas makes the resin color bad. And it may be a cause of occurring residence point, too.
