我々はお客様からいただいた流量を基準として製品の設計をしております。
ですので、基本的にはその設計流量を流していただくことを前提にしております。
最小流量の値は設定はしておりません。当然、流量を下げれば、圧力は下がり、滞留時間は伸びます。
流量が少なすぎると、製品内部に樹脂がきちんと充填されず、内部にガスが溜まり、そのガスによって樹脂の色が悪くなるという現象が発生する可能性があります。また、滞留箇所が出来る原因にもなるかと思います。

Our product has been designed for the amount of flow advised by our customers.
Therefore , fundamentally the use of our product will be guaranteed for designed flow.
It wasn't decided for the value of minimum flow. Of course, If the amount of flow will be decreased, the pressure also goes dropping and the detention time is also extended.
When the amount of the flow is too small , the resin the product internally can not be filled, therefore gas inside is detained and there is possibility that the colour of resin might turn out to be worsen.
And also it might become the cause of places of detention.
