我々はお客様からいただいた流量を基準として製品の設計をしております。
ですので、基本的にはその設計流量を流していただくことを前提にしております。
最小流量の値は設定はしておりません。当然、流量を下げれば、圧力は下がり、滞留時間は伸びます。
流量が少なすぎると、製品内部に樹脂がきちんと充填されず、内部にガスが溜まり、そのガスによって樹脂の色が悪くなるという現象が発生する可能性があります。また、滞留箇所が出来る原因にもなるかと思います。

We are designing our products based on the flow rate received by customers.
Therefore, we accept the offer on the condition of receiving a designed flow rate from the customers.
There is no minimum size of it. Of course, if you lower the flow rate, the retention time will be extended because of pressure will be lowered.
If the flow rate is too low, there is a possibility that the resin color will become bad, because the gas will be stored in the product due to the resin does not fill inside of it enough. Moreover, it may cause retention.
