Shipmentで、受領の差異があった問題で、Case開かせていただき、
数量の確認をお願いしておりました。
しかしながら、 (MIC) Teamのほうではこれ以上の調査不可ということで、こちらにてお問い合わせをさせていただきます。
こちらの出荷はまちがいなくアマゾン倉庫に到着しており、日本から発送したので、中身が0で受領ということはありえません。
大型商品なので、倉庫のどこかにあるはずです。お手数ですが、今一度調査をお願いいたします。

These shipping have been delivered to Amazon warehouse with sure, and as they were shipped from Japan. there cannot be the fact of the content is 0.
They are a huge items, there must be somewhere in the warehouse. We are sorry for taking your time but please search them once again.

Regarding the problem which the number of received items has a difference in the shipment, I listen to the case and checked the quantity. However, (MIC) team cannot survey any more. Therefore, I contact here.
This shipment has arrived in Amazon warehouse surely. We delivered from Japan and there is no possibility what the received content is zero. Because this item is huge, I guess it is located in somewhere. I am sorry for bothering you but please check it, again.

However, it was advised that they cannot perform more inspection at (MIC) Team side, I will make a contact for this side instead.
The shipment must have been to the warehouse of Amazon without any problem.I confirmed the shopping from Japan was done perfectly therefore the contents are never nill in receiving in result.
As the bulky item so that there is somewhere in warehouse, I am sorry for putting you any trouble but once again let me ask you to check it, please.

For the received amount problem of shipment, I have asked MIC Team to confirm the number of products opening the case. However, they told me that they could investigate no longer, that’s why I’m writing to ask you.
Our shipment was definitely arrived at a warehouse of Amazon. And we shipped from Japan, so empty receipt is impossible.
It is big in size and is supposed to be in somewhere in the warehouse. Sorry to bother you, but could you please investigate again?
