ソフトのスタンダードを6ライセンス購入されたお客様がいます。追加で2ライセンス購入を検討中。しかし、スタンダードは販売終了しています。ソフトのアドバンスを購入する形になると思います。その際には、アドバンスとスタンダードの差額で６ライセンス、アドバンスで2ライセンス。合計8ライセンスになるのでしょうか。それとも、スタンダードからアドバンスへのアップグレードは無料でしてもらえるのでしょうか。その際には以前購入時のライセンスのZIPファイルを提示すればいいのでしょうか。

A customer purchased six licenses of the standard of the software.
They are considering of purchasing two of them additionally.
However, the standard is terminated to sell.
I think they will buy the advance of the software.
In case of that, does that mean they will purchase six licenses with the difference amount between the advance and standard, and two licenses as the advance, totally eight licences? Or, will the upgrade from standard to advance be done with free? In that case, should they show ZIP file of the license that they purchased before?

There is a customer purchased standard soft 6 licenses. He's considering additional purchase for 2 more license, but we've finished sales of standard already. We think he will purchase advanced soft instead. In that case, the difference of advanced and standard is 6 licenses, and for additional advanced is 2 licenses, so total will be 8 licenses, right?
