ソフトのスタンダードを6ライセンス購入されたお客様がいます。追加で2ライセンス購入を検討中。しかし、スタンダードは販売終了しています。ソフトのアドバンスを購入する形になると思います。その際には、アドバンスとスタンダードの差額で６ライセンス、アドバンスで2ライセンス。合計8ライセンスになるのでしょうか。それとも、スタンダードからアドバンスへのアップグレードは無料でしてもらえるのでしょうか。その際には以前購入時のライセンスのZIPファイルを提示すればいいのでしょうか。

There's customer who have bought 6 licence s for standard software. The customer is considering to purchase another 2 licences.
How ever the standard is already obsolete for sales. For this reason, the purchase for advanced have to be done.
On those purchase, will it be becoming for the 8 licences, with 6 licences for difference between advance and standard and 2 licences for advance.
Otherwise, are you going to upgrade from standard to advance,right?
In this case, do I have to show you a ZIP file of licence on the previously purchased?
