ソフトのスタンダードを6ライセンス購入されたお客様がいます。追加で2ライセンス購入を検討中。しかし、スタンダードは販売終了しています。ソフトのアドバンスを購入する形になると思います。その際には、アドバンスとスタンダードの差額で６ライセンス、アドバンスで2ライセンス。合計8ライセンスになるのでしょうか。それとも、スタンダードからアドバンスへのアップグレードは無料でしてもらえるのでしょうか。その際には以前購入時のライセンスのZIPファイルを提示すればいいのでしょうか。
There is a customer purchased standard soft 6 licenses. He's considering additional purchase for 2 more license, but we've finished sales of standard already. We think he will purchase advanced soft instead. In that case, the difference of advanced and standard is 6 licenses, and for additional advanced is 2 licenses, so total will be 8 licenses, right? Or will it be free of charge for upgrade from standard to advanced? In this case, should I show ZIP file of license when he purchased before?
