Can I submit the document issued by store to the customer in some case?
In case that I am requested for prove the item's authenticity, some cost to submit the document will be needed. If I do not submit the documents, re-examination of the product will be necessary and the additional cost will be charged. They say they will claim the cost to us if it will be occurred. It is because they can purchase with cheaper price from them than us. Would it be possible to pay the product amount and additionally produce the items that are completed during the period by the shipment? We will pay for the additional items once they will be arrived.

The document issued by the shop can be submitted to my client if something happens? In the event where the product could not be identified as authentic, a fee will occur to submit the document. Without submission, the item needs to be reinspected, which will incur extra fees. He says he will ask you to pay for it in such case. May I send the documents for my customer which the store issued for us incase any problem happens? In case my guests doubt if it is real one or fake, I have to send for customer. Without it, the goods need re-investigation, which caused extra cost. My customer requests us that if there are any extra cost, he'll charge to us. They can purchase this goods from them cheaper than purchase from us. Is it available for you to add the number of goods by paying for the goods and shipping those goods which finished manufacture? For added goods, I'll pay for them once they reached to me.
