Cancellation of reservations 24 hours before the workshop (the day before or on the day itself) will cancellation fees.
Kindly let the customer know.
In the past there have been cancellations on the day itself but we did not charge cancellation fees.
We do not have tours that start at 2 a.m. but somehow it will be incorporated in the tour.

If Cancellation within 24 hours from the trial (the day before and the day) will charge for cancellation fee.
Please inform this to the customers.
We got cancellation on the day however, we didn’t charge for the cancellation fee.
We do not have a tour that starts at 2 am however, it is in the tour schedule.

Our cancellation policy on our experiencing day, cancellation will be applied within 24 hours for previous day and the day of experiencing.
Please tell your customers.
We didn't apply cancellation fee when cancellation on the same day.
As there is no tour departing at 2am ,I don't know reason why but it is in the tour.
Be sure to delete it.
