私共が心配しているのは、Mr.Tのニューモデルです。
彼らは、サイドプレートのついてるものでも対応可能という宣伝文句で商品をつくるかもしれません。
この点を対応可能という形でmoldを作るべきだったかと心配しています。
使い方がわからないという話は、確かにそれは聞きます。
我々も、公式サイトを作ったりしまして、使い方をカスタマーにおしえていますが、それでもクレームになりますね。

After all, the discount is not required. We appreciate your kind consideration.
Our concern is Mr. T's new model.
They might come up with a product with a catch copy saying that they can handle it even though it comes with side plates.
We are kind of regret if we should have made the product with a mold which address the shape in this regard.
We do hear some people say they don't know how to use it.
Although we created an official website to share our customer how to use it, we still receive complaints nonetheless.

You don't have to think of discount. I very much appreciate your thoughtful idea.
