私共が心配しているのは、Mr.Tのニューモデルです。
彼らは、サイドプレートのついてるものでも対応可能という宣伝文句で商品をつくるかもしれません。
この点を対応可能という形でmoldを作るべきだったかと心配しています。

使い方がわからないという話は、確かにそれは聞きます。
我々も、公式サイトを作ったりしまして、使い方をカスタマーにおしえていますが、それでもクレームになりますね。
