こちらの船会社が言うには、BLとPKLはイギリスの発送業者が持っているだろうとのことです。
1月末に発送業者からメールが来た時に、それらを送ってほしいと頼んだのですが、返事を頂けませんでした。多分忘れられてると思います。今日もメールしましたが有給休暇のようで、明日お返事が来るかもしれませんが、本当に来るかどうか分かりません。もし良ければ彼に連絡を取ってもらえないでしょうか?

Our ship company said that the BL and PKL are with the cargo transporters in England.
When an email arrived from the cargo transporters last January they requested to send those but I didn't receive a reply. I thought they probably forgot. I emailed today too but it seems to be a paid holiday so a reply might come tomorrow but I don't know for certain. If it's alright with you can't you contact him yourself?

When I received email from delivery supplier at the end of Jan., I asked them to send me. However, they didn't reply. I guess they forget it.
I sent email today but it looks off because of paid leave.
They may reply tomorrow but I am not sure if they will reply or not.

Back in Jan end, I had requested the shipping company to send them to me in response to the email I received from them, but I received no reply after all. Perhaps I have been forgotten. The courier firm at our side says the shipping company in UK might have for both BL and PKL.
When the email coming from the company late January, I asked it to send me but I could not get reply from them unfortunately. Probably I was forgotten. As I sent a email them but perhaps they are in paid leave at the moment, I will be receiving the reply from them tomorrow , It is not known it will be coming or not.
