こちらの船会社が言うには、BLとPKLはイギリスの発送業者が持っているだろうとのことです。
1月末に発送業者からメールが来た時に、それらを送ってほしいと頼んだのですが、返事を頂けませんでした。多分忘れられてると思います。今日もメールしましたが有給休暇のようで、明日お返事が来るかもしれませんが、本当に来るかどうか分かりません。もし良ければ彼に連絡を取ってもらえないでしょうか？

Our ship company said that the BL and PKL are with the cargo transporters in England.
When an email arrived from the cargo transporters last January they requested to send those but I didn't receive a reply. I thought they probably forgot. I emailed today too but it seems to be a paid holiday so a reply might come tomorrow but I don't know for certain. If it's alright with you can't you contact him yourself?
