荷物を発送した際に、発送業者よりBill of Ladingとパッキングリストを受け取ってませんか？それが受け取りの際に必要なのですが。
私も発送業者にメールしたのですが休みのようでまだ返信がありません。もし良ければ確認してもらえませんか？

When you delivered the goods, did you receive the Bill of Lading and packing list from the delivery supplier?
We need them when we receive the goods.
I also sent email to the delivery supplier, but it looks off and they haven't replied to us yet.

Hello,
Haven't you received the Bill of Lading and the packing list from the delivery company when you had shipped the item out? I need those documents to receive it.
I also e-mailed the delivery company but it seems the company is closed and I have yet to receive any reply. Could you confirm that you have received the documents?

Good day.
On sending the package, have you received Bill of Lading and the packing list from the delivery agency? That is necessary for receiving the package.
Although I sent an e-mail to the agency, they seem to be on holiday and I haven't got their reply yet.

Hello,
when shipping the percels, did you receive the packing list along with B/L from courier company?
That will be necessary for receiving items.
As I tried to make a contact to the receiving courier firm them but there is no reply yet maybe due to day off. If okay, please confirm that.
