The lenses are believed to be lost but yet have a possibility to get found, so would you please wait before taking an action with the post office? Since the status of the lenses are unknown according to eBay's advice, I am told to wait to repay the buyer.

I am working on compensation (insurance) of the lens between the post office in japan and the one in the States. The lens might have been lost but we might find it. Therefore, would you wait for a little more? As eBay advised that they do not know the situation of the lens, they said that I have to wait about refunding to buyer.

Although there is possibility of being lost, as there is also possibility of being found, could you wait for a while what the posts are handling? At the moment, Japan Post and US post are working for compensation for lens issue. There might be possibility of missing for lens however, there might still chance to find it. Would it be able to wait for a little moment?
I don't have any advice for lens form eBay yet, and I was said the refunding to buyer should be pending.
