My sincere apologies for the fact that the item has not been delivered to you as of yet.
Japan Post has been requesting G post for its clear response to the investigation repeatedly, however it has not responded.
We are very disappointed about their unreliable attitude.
Although Japan Post's insurance won't be applied without a clear investigation response from G post, we feel it is not fair to cause an inconvenience to you any more, so we will repay you the fee including shipping cost within two days.
We will get back to you within two days.
