基本的にはアメリカより輸出する前に追跡情報が日本郵便局にインプットされます。日本に到着すると直ちにビッグアップされ、国内に配達されます。今回は追跡情報かインプットされていないため、郵便局が調査中で時間がかかっております。グロバールポストより追跡情報を郵便局へ連絡連絡お願いします。

As a basic rule, a tracking information is entered to Japan Post prior to export from the US. Once the parcel arrives in japan, it will be picked up right away and delivered to the domestic destination. Since the tracking information has not been entered for this time, the investigation has been taking long at the post office. Please have the global post contacting the post office of the tracking information.
