よくある原因としては
・入力した住所にお間違えがあった
→●●でお間違えないですか?
・配達時不在だったため、商品が郵便局に戻り、そのまま保存されている
→一度、最寄の郵便局に問い合わせいただけますか?
が考えられます。
私のほうでも日本の郵便局に戻ってきていないか確認します。
万が一、それでも商品の出所が分からない場合は①返金②商品を再手配
を実施しますが、その場合どちらをご希望されますか?

Your order has been shipped via Japan Post (EMS) as of September.
The common causes may be:
- wrong address was entered
--> is the address correct as ●●?
- Nobody was available to pick up the item upon delivery, so the mailman returned the item back to the post office and the item has been kept there since then.
--> Could you please inquire your nearest post office?
I, too, will check to see if the item was returned to Japan Post.
Just in case we could not locate the item, we will either 1. repay the amount or 2. rearrange to ship the same item. Which one would you like?
