・配達時不在だったため、商品が郵便局に戻り、そのまま保存されている
→一度、最寄の郵便局に問い合わせいただけますか？

が考えられます。

私のほうでも日本の郵便局に戻ってきていないか確認します。

万が一、それでも商品の出所が分からない場合は①返金②商品を再手配
を実施しますが、その場合どちらをご希望されますか？

I sent the item you ordered via post office (EMS) as of September.
The common cause is as follows.

Address you input was wrong
→Is xx correct?

As no one was at home when it was delivered, the item was returned to the post office and has been stored there.
→Would you inquire the nearest post office again?

I am also going to check if it was returned to the post office in Japan.

In case where we still cannot find location of the item by them, I
1. refund
2. arrange for the item again.
