ご注文いただいた商品は9月時点で郵便局（EMS）を通じて発送しております
よくある原因としては
・入力した住所にお間違えがあった
→●●でお間違えないですか？
・配達時不在だったため、商品が郵便局に戻り、そのまま保存されている
→一度、最寄の郵便局に問い合わせいただけますか？
が考えられます。
私のほうでも日本の郵便局に戻ってきていないか確認します。
万が一、それでも商品の出所が分からない場合は①返金②商品を再手配
を実施しますが、その場合どちらをご希望されますか？
I delivered the ordered item via EMS on Sep.
I think the reason is as follows;
- You input the address wrongly.

- Because you were not at home, the post office person in charge went back to the post office and kept there.
→Could you please contact nearest post office?
I will check if the item came back to Japanese post office.
If we cannot find where the item is, I will ①Refund or ②Rearrange the item.
