先日訪問した、○○社の本社の担当部署に○○さんの名刺情報を共有していただきました。
現在本社では、○○原料のサプライヤーは複数社採用しており、○○原料を使った商品のリニューアル時に○○さんに連絡していただけることになりました。
すぐに連絡をいただけるか分かりませんが、○○さんの連絡先は共有いただけたそうなのでメールしました。
日本○○社については、私たちで引き続きフォローしていきます。

I asked the division in charge of the company I visited the other day to share the information of the name card of Mr./Ms. ••.
Currently in the head office we are adopting multiple suppliers for •• materials and they say they will contact Mr./Ms. •• when the item •• materials are used for gets renewed.
I’m not sure if they contact him/her immediately but I am writing this as apparently they could share us the contact number of ••.
As for Japan ••, we will continue to be following as well.
