○○の荷物についてお伺いします。ウォルマートの許可を得たので金曜日には出荷されるとメールでご連絡いただいておりましたが、出荷がされませんでした。
なぜ出荷がされなかったのでしょうか？本日出荷がされるのでしょうか？
いまだに荷物が出荷されず、大変困っています。大至急出荷をしていただきたいです。お返事お待ちしています。

The email mentions that the item will be delivered within Friday because Walmart accepted.
However, the delivery was not done. Why? Will be done today?
