○○の荷物についてお伺いします。ウォルマートの許可を得たので金曜日には出荷されるとメールでご連絡いただいておりましたが、出荷がされませんでした。
なぜ出荷がされなかったのでしょうか？本日出荷がされるのでしょうか？
