商品が届いて、中を確認しましたが・・・。
残念ながら、あまり良い状態ではありませんでした。

・汚れがひどい箱が多い。
・箱を替えようと商品を取り出すと、いきなり不良品が2個見つかりました(全部はまだ検品できておりません)
・潰れた箱が多く予備の箱をつかっても足りません。
・温度計がビニール袋で包まれていない商品がたくさんあります。

去年はもっと良い状態で届いたのに、なぜこんなことになっているのでしょうか。非常に悲しい。

-Many of the boxes are stained.
-Trying to replace the boxes, I took out the items inside and immediately found 2 defective items.
(I haven't checked them all.)
-There are so many crushed boxes and the spare boxes I have are not enough.
-There are many items whose thermometer is not covered with a plastic bag.

I just don't know why they were delivered in such a condition as they were delivered in a better condition last year.

- When I take the item out, I found 2 defective items firstly. (I haven't inspected all items yet.)
- There are crushed boxes. Even if I try to change the spare boxes, I cannot compensate because of its quantity.
- There are many thermometers which are not wrapped by plastic bags.

I remember I received the items in good condition last year.
Why has this situation happened this time? I am really sad.
Did you send the good ones to other customers in USA?

*All of the sudden, I found two damaged items when I tried to replace the boxes. ( I still haven't inspected all of them.)
*I don't have enough boxes to replace so many smashed boxes.
*Many of the thermometers aren't wrapped in plastic bags.

They were much better condition last year. I wonder why this even happened? I'm very disappointed.
Did you give out better products to the American customers?
