I was wondering if the reason why we could not get prompt reply would be because they are not willing to sell their items. The items are designed for autumn/winter season, hence they would remain if we cannot release on time, and this causes losing chance to get another order from our customers. We are currently cannot make any decision about other products due to delayed reply.
