【お送りいただきました、カラーサンプルにつきまして】
前回お送りいたさきました、カラーサンプルは、すべてのサンプルの表面につやがあり、希望した仕上げでは
ありません。弊社のお客様は、つやのない、マットな質感を好んでおります。
今回、お送りした、カラーサンプルの制作工程を下記に記載いたしましたので、似たような仕上げでサンプル
制作をお願いいたします。
（使用した塗料につきましては、名称を記載いたしましたが、似たような塗料がベトナム国内にあれば、そちら
を使用していただいて、構いません）

Re: The color samples that you sent
The color samples that you sent before all had glossy surfaces and didn't have the finish we want at all. Our company's clients prefer no gloss, and matte quality.
I have written below the creation process of the color samples I sent this time so please make samples with a similar finishes.
(I have written the names of the coatings I used but if you have similar coatings available in Vietnam then I don't mind if those will be what you will use.)

(Color sample you sent to me)
I found gloss at all the surfaces of the color sample you had sent to me last time, and it was not finished as I had requested. The customer of our company likes the feeling of matte without gloss.
As I listed manufacturing process of the colored sample I had sent this time, would you manufacture the sample with the similar finishing?
(I listed name of the coating used, but if you have a similar one in Vietnam, you can use it.)

The color sample which had been send last time ,there is shine on all surface and it isn't finish I hoped for.
Our customer likes the feel of a material that is mat without the shine.
A production process of a color sample this time which is sent for is mentioned as follows. Please the sample production like similar finish.
(About the using paint, a name was mentioned. But, you may use it if there is similar paint in Viet-Nam, and I am not minded.

*2. Oil stain of the manufacturer below is used for the paint.
*3. After the oil stain above has dried, the transparent pu paint (Matt finished) is put on the surface thinly.

【New samples' production process】
1, In order to obtain the matt finish, we polished the surface with sandpaper (#40).
2, For the paint, the oil stain which are indicated below is used.
3, Once this oil stain was dry, we coated the surface with thin and clear pu paint (matt).
