Regarding the invoice which your company issued for me, I am a little in trouble because I received a complaint from the person in charge in Amazon that it did not mention that the item was not "brand-new". Please add one phrase, "Condition: NEW", or re-issue a new one by adding some words which mean "a brand-new item". Unless it is not issued, my Amazon account would be suspended and I would not be able to sell items on Amazon any more. Thank you very much for your immediate help.

Would you add "Condition: New" or issue by adding a word explaining that it is "brand new" again? If you do issue it, I have to stop my account of Amazon and cannot sell at Amazon. As for the bill you company issued, I suffer from claim from a person in charge for Amazon saying it was not written that it was "new". You can only add either "Condition; NEW or "New" and issue it again. If you fail to issue this, my Amazon account will be stopped and I cannot sell at Amazon. Thank you.
