8月19日に注文した商品が届きました。
開封したところ、注文した２点の内、１点が異なる商品です。

注文したのは、「A」ではなく、「B」です。
返品手続き＆再送手配、もしくは返金処理など、何らかの対応をお願いします。
あと別件で1点相談です。

(1) May I ask you the model's height and the tank top size he (or she) is wearing, so that it would help me very much for choosing the size.
(2) I received the merchandise ordered Aug 19.
As I opened the package, 1 out of 2 ordered items turned out to be a wrong one (see attached).
The ordered item was "B" but not "A".
Please advise how to return & replacement, or repayment process, etc.
On another note, I have another thing to consult with you.

前回もプロテインバーを２箱注文しています。
今後もプロテインバーの購入で利用させてもらう予定ですが、
送料に関して、２箱までは￡12.99ですが、３箱目をショッピングカートに入れた時点で、3倍以上の￡42.99に跳ね上がります。
こちらとしては、できれば４～５箱まとめ買いしたいです。
輸送に日数がかかっても構わないので、別の配送業者、安い配送プランがあると助かるのですが難しいでしょうか？

I also ordered 2 boxes of protein bars before.
In the future by buying them I plan to make people use protein bars.
With regard to the shipping fee, it's 13.99 pounds for up to 2 boxes only. When I put a 3rd box in the shopping cart it rose to 42.99 pounds, more than thrice as much.
If I can I would like to buy 4-5 boxes altogether.
I don't mind how many days the shipping is going to take so it would be great if ypu can find a different courier or a cheaper shipment plan. Would that be difficult?

As I am planning to order the protein bar in the future, the shipping fee is ￡12.99 up to 2 boxes, but at the time of adding the third box, the shipping cost jumps to be ￡42.99, which is more than three times as much as it costs for 2.
As for our part, we would like to place an bulk order of 4 to 5 boxes.
We would not mind if the shipping schedule is extended for extra few days, would it be possible for arranging the shipping with another delivery company and cheaper shipping plan?
