本日、別倉庫にて発送作業を行っていた担当者から、「外箱の左側が色あせしている」との連絡がありました。
(写真を添付していますので、ご確認ください)
この部分はebayの出品写真には写っていませんでした。
また、写真立て本体は未使用のためコンディション表記はMintとして出品し、色あせのことは記載していませんでした。
ちなみに、発送担当者に確認してもらいましたが、写真立て本体には色あせや傷等のダメージはありませんでした。
Today, I got a message from a staff member who was preparing for shipping at another warehouse that the color of the left side of the outer box was faded.
(Please see the attached photo.)
The item photo uploaded on ebay didn't show this part.
The picture frame was listed as Mint as it was unused and the item description didn't say about the color fade-out.
I asked a packaging staff to check the item and he said there were no color fade-out or scratches on the picture frame itself.
Today, we received a message from the person in charge for the shipping at another warehouse, and we were told that the left side of the outer box is fading.

This part was not shown in the pictures on the item page on eBay.
Also, because the photo stand was unused, the condition of items was described as Mint, and "fading" wasn't mentioned in the item description.
We had the shipping person check on the item, but there was no damage such as fading or scratches on the picture stand.
