業務名:人事・総務・労務部門の業務資料ファイリング整理
派遣社員の責任範囲:
・ファイリングコンサルタントとの総合窓口を担当する
・各グループから選出した責任者(グループ責任者)とコミュニケーションを取る
・グループ責任者に業務資料ファイリングにおける課題をヒアリングし、内容をまとめる
・各グループの課題を通して、グループ責任者と原因抽出・分析を行い、内容をまとめる
・ファイリングコンサルタントとグループ責任者と一緒にファイリングの範囲を確定し、マネージャーの承認を取る
Temporary staff responsibilities:
- Work as a collaborator with filing consultant
- Communicate with the people in charge (responsible person of group) who are selected from each group
- Interview the responsible persons of group about the problems on filing the job-related documents and put them together
- Extract and analyse the cause through the tasks of each group with the responsible persons of group and put them together
- Fix the range of filing with filing consultant and the responsible persons of group and get the approval of the manager
Responsibility of temporary staff:
・To work at general window for filing consultant
・To communicate with managers (group manager) of selected each group
・To do hearing on themes of business file hearing to group managers and summarize its contents
・Though each group's theme, to find out problems and analyze them with their group managers and summarize its contents.
・To decide the rage of filing with their hearing consultants and group managers, and to have the managers' approval
Temporary staff's responsibility range:
· In charge of general window with filing consultant
· Communicate with the responsible person (group manager) selected from each group
· Hearing issues in business document filing to the group manager, and summarizing the contents
· Collect responsible persons and cause extraction and analysis through group assignment and summarize contents
· Confirm the scope of filing together with filing consultant and group manager and get manager's approval
・グループ責任者とファイリングが必要な業務資料を選別し、最終決定を行う
・グループ責任者と部門内のファイリングルールを決定し、適宜見直しを行う
・ファイリングルールに基づいた業務資料ファイリングの方法をグループ責任者と一緒にグループメンバーへ指導する
・余剰のファイルキャビネットの使用方法をグループ責任者と検討し、部門に提案する
・各グループのファイリングが維持できているかを定期的にコンサルタントと確認する
実施期間:2018/8/15~2018/12/20
Decide filing rule within department with the group leader, and review it at appropriate time.
Instruct how to file the document based on the filing rule to group member with the group leader.
Discuss how to use the extra file cabinet with the group leader, and suggest it to the department.
Check if the filing of each group is maintained regularly with consultant.
· Determine the filing rules within the group manager and department and review them as necessary
· Teach group members, along with group officials, the method of business document filing based on filing rules
· Consider how to use surplus file cabinet with group manager and propose it to department
· Regularly confirm with consultants whether filing of each group can be maintained
