譲渡価格を「交渉中」にしていますが、実際はＡ社のＢ氏から「US$ 〇」と言われています。
本レターは、御社の取締役会の配付資料になるものを考えておりますが、他の取締役に説明する際、金額は明示されていた方がよいでしょうか？
御社やＡ社の立場として、他の取締役に説明しやすいようにしたいと思います。
また、以前から話合ってきた特約事項について、本レターの最後に別表として記載しています。一部、表現を追加したり改めたところもありますので、お目通しください。

Addition to email I sent to you yesterday
The price transferred is "in the process of negotiation". But B in A says that it is "xx US dollars".
I assume that this letter is a document distributed in board meeting of your company. Is it better if amount is listed?
I would like to set that your company and A can explain easily.
I listed special contract we have been talking at the end of this letter as schedule.
As I added and revised some parts, would you kindly check it?

Yesterday's mail addition
We have been kept the transfer price under "negotiating", in fact from B at A company, we are told "US$◯".
This letter is to be considered to be appending file of your board meeting, when you explain it to other board members, is it better the price is written?
For your place of your firm and A firm, we would like to make it easer to be explained to other board members.
In addition, as for the special agenda we have been talking of, we listed it at the last page as a separate table. Partly, there may be some expressions to add or correct, please look though it.
