譲渡価格を「交渉中」にしていますが、実際はＡ社のＢ氏から「US$ 〇」と言われています。
本レターは、御社の取締役会の配付資料になるものを考えておりますが、他の取締役に説明する際、金額は明示されていた方がよいでしょうか？
御社やＡ社の立場として、他の取締役に説明しやすいようにしたいと思います。
また、以前から話合ってきた特約事項について、本レターの最後に別表として記載しています。一部、表現を追加したり改めたところもありますので、お目通しください。

The price transferred is "in the process of negotiation". But B in A says that it is "xx US dollars".
I assume that this letter is a document distributed in board meeting of your company. Is it better if amount is listed?
I would like to set that your company and A can explain easily.
I listed special contract we have been talking at the end of this letter as schedule.
As I added and revised some parts, would you kindly check it?
