銀行に確認しましたがSWIFTコードに間違いはないようです。
送った資料は、銀行のサイトからダウンロードしたPDFなので正しいはずです。
そのため、送金ができない理由がわかりません。
なのでお手数ですが、送金出来なければ他の銀行へ入金してください。
購入前に下記書類をいただけますか。
書類がないと日本に輸入ができません。
また通関ごとに毎回書類が必要になります。
商品一本あたりの※の含有量はそれぞれ何パーセントになりますか？
保存は冷蔵庫が良いでしょうか？
品質保持期限も教えてください。

For this reason, I do not know why you cannot transfer money.
Under this kind of situation, I hate to ask you, but would you send money to another bank if you cannot send to this bank?
May I have the following document before purchasing it.
I cannot import to Japan if we do not have the document.
We need a document each time an item is cleared at customs.
What percentage of xx is included in 1 piece of the item?
May I store it in refrigerator?
Would you tell me the period we can eat at best taste?

Therefore, I don't see why the fund cannot be transferred.
